I have a storage device that needs to receive connections from a VM in vmware.
Since the communication is layer 2 I reached a problem where vlan pools overlap between the EPGs since the physical domains are different.
Which would be the best solution for this problem?

Hi @Sergiu.Daniluk thanks for your tremendous help.
May i know why the 5th layout is not supported?
Common BD for 2 EPGs with different physical domains with local scope?

Because if you have the same BD, then it means usually that EPs are part of the same layer2 domain. Translating this in vxlan, for communication to happen, it needs to be the same VNI segments (VXLANs). If you use different vlan pools, you will have basically configure different VNIDs (VXLANs), so communication would not work.
Stay safe,
