De-register a WAE using WAAS CM

Hi ,

I need to De-register a WAE which is not being used anymore,as the device is offline I cannot deregister it using CLI. If I need to deregister it from WAAS CM using central manger do I need to  delete the device by clicking on the manage device tab. When we are using this device at a different location do I need to first deregister it from WAAS CM using CLI and again register it ?
