Need help with restoring access gateway.
Button "Reset" is not working, probably disabled.
Username and password are not known.
Tried by "IVR" # 73738 - invalid options
Which means you can still get back to the gateway?

Please check your power is ok. May be low voltage or high. Same with me happen ed some day before, i was using wrong adapter for one modem.

checked the power supply is 5 volts. Everything is O.K.
I can go to the web interface, and I see a request for authorization.
But I do not know the login and password.
I also tried through the "IVR" enter code 877778 Gateway said confirmation, I pressed 1 # - it rebooted, but it is to no avail
