Hello,
just got a brand new SPA112 for FAX testing.
Tried two different operators which have T.38 support with no luck. SPA2102 works well with that operators.
Inbound calls works perfectly, T.38 is used, fax 100% OK.
Outbound call fails everytime. T.38 is recognized and applied as I can see on status page. Unfortunately after about 40-50s it fails.
Tried with three different fax machines and to four different kind of receiving fax machines/lines, both physical and virtual.
Also tried to upgrade firmware to 1.1.0(011) but nothing has changed.
Here is my Audio config.
Any hint?
Thanks

Can you add a log file of the SPA during a failed call?
Regards.

it is not a SPA log, of course, it is the pcap trace

The remote fax send an FTT (failure to train) used to reject a training signal and request a retrain (retrains usually occur at lower modulation speeds).
This is a working t38 flow:
Try to disable ECM and add a new trace.
Regards.
