Hello, My name is Dhaniels, I'm internet & Telephone Service Provider,
And i made this because i'm having some problems with the provisioning on the Cisco Spa2102 ( I have a lot of this devices something like 300 Units), So, i don't know how to disable the customization, i've readed something called "RC", But the true is i don't know how to Configure it.
can help me, or Explain me, how i can do the correct provisioning?

As claimed above, RC unit are customized unit. It mean their initial (and factory default) configuration has been modified to fit requirements of particular customer. Not only the options may have different "default" values, but some of them may be read-only even for administrator.

There's no generic answer 'how to provision it'. It depend on (customized) initial configuration.

You mentioned you are ITSP. If units in question has been modified for you, then you know it's specification, thus you should know how to configure them.

If they has been manufactured for someone else, don't buy them and don't use them unless you inspected the modifications burned into them. RC/OEM units are not for resale - Cisco will not help you with unit manufactured for someone else (not counting the SPA2102 is 'out of support', thus Cisco will not help you at all).

Just to avoid misunderstanding - the screenshot attached to your original question has *NOT* been taken from RC unit but from retail one.

It seems I have idea what you are thinking about.

It seems you wish to distribute units to your customer configured - and you wish such configuration will not be lost even after reset to factory default.

Well, it's exactly what RC units are here for. But you can't create RC unit by self. Only Cisco can do it for you (but forget end of sale/life/support SPA2102).

With retail unit you can configure unit according your wishes and disable reset to factory default. End user (which must not know admin password) will be unable to change settings and even clear configuration.

Beware, unless you disable remote provisioning at all, you must take countermeasures against unauthorized provisioning (man-in-the-middle kind of attack) or users will be able to take control over device.

i don't know how to disable the customization

You can't. Fortunately, you need not to disable it - according the picture, there's no customization in effect on your device. RC units have either text 'pending' or name of the customer (who ordered the customized units) here.

i don't know how to Configure it

As there's no customization in effect, casual procedures will work. Follow provisioning guide.

Note the SPA2102 is EoL. It's use in new installations is deprecated.

But what is the RC units, Can explaime that?

Okay, thanks for the explication, really wanted to know that, but i have customized some settings, but the customization still "Open"
And the only thing that i want is, when i factory reset a device, this device, don't lose the Provisioning information, like profile rule, etc, because in every factory reset, the device lose the data:/

Okay, i wan't to purchase RC units to Another device, Spa122 Support the RC? or another model? I bought if is necesary, but i have to implement this service on mi company.

Tell me The models that support the RC please.

I'm just dumb technician, I don't understand the sales ;-)

I don't know the cost and don't know minimal number of unit you will be obliged to order.

Ask nearest Cisco sales department for details.

As far as I know, both SPA112 and SPA122 can be customized, thus consider the goals and decide the model. SPA122 have more functions, but are more expensive.
