8961 CiscoIPPhoneDirectory xml

   Do the 8961 and 9971 phones support busy indicators with the CiscoIPPhoneDirectory xml service?   I can pull up the directory but it doesn't give me status indication like the 7961 phones do.

Thank you for the info but I don't see anything in regards to the CiscoIPPhoneDirectory.   The following will give me presence information for extension 22476 on the 7900 series phones but not on the 8961.

   Have you tried with the latest firmware available for 8961 series ip phone. Also request to refer chapter-3 of  9.1(1) Cisco Unified IP Phone Services Application Development Notes form this url
