Spinning up a new REM 11.6 install.
Customer is looking at a co-browse only scenario where a customer has already called in via POTS and wants to initiate a co-browse.
This would be anonymous co-browsing then and ideally would like the customer to just show a numerical code the agent could then enter in the Finesse REM Expert Assist gadget.
It looks like this is possible on Android and iOS by not sending a destination parameter so that should be fine. Can someone confirm?
For WebRTC, the guide has some different wording - "It could be desirable for a session with neither audio nor video - perhaps when an agent is already in an audio/video CSDK call with a consumer, when it becomes advantageous to add co-browsing. Starting a 'no audio/video' session can be acheived using a session-id parameter when starting a session - a topic that will be covered in a subsequent lesson."
There's some example code in there around generating session-ids or corresponding them to an active call. Is it possible to just not enter a destination similar to iOS and Android rather than generating a session-id that won't be used?
