We are still facing the following issue while publishing the iOS application which integrates the latest version of Jabber Guest SDK for iOS JabberGuestSDK-iOS-11.1.1.203 (the latest available)
The application was rejected from Apple Store due to the following reason (quoted from Apple rejection email in blue):
"Your app uses or references the following non-public APIs:
PrivateFrameworks/Celestial.framework (_FigCreateCaptureDevicesAndStreamsForPreset)
The use of non-public APIs is not permitted on the App Store because it can lead to a poor user experience should these APIs change.
Continuing to use or conceal non-public APIs in future submissions of this app may result in the termination of your Apple Developer account, as well as removal of all associated apps from the App Store."
After doing some research we found that the issue was being addressed by the following bug:
https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvi96519
According to which the issue is fixed in Cisco Jabber Guest 11.1(2) release. Where/How/When can we get this SDK?

The engineers are aware of this problem, and they're trying to publish a fixed version sometime this week. Keep your fingers crossed.
11.1(2) introduced a new problem, so that wasn't published.

There is a new version of the SDK, 11.1(3). Right now it's internal, but if you open a ticket I can get it to you. Or you can wait until it's published to the DevNet site.
