jabber on iPhone

hello,

i have CUCM, CUC and IMP 9.1..2 and now trying to use jabber on iPhone but it failing to login.

i am not using any dns and domain as it is personal home setup.

i created local domain abc.local and apply to cucm but not to cuc and imp.

would be this cause of not able iphone jabber login or else?

I can't really tell what's wrong without a lot more details.  But yes, a DNS problem could cause Jabber not to let you log in.

You can check many things, and even though it is not very descriptive, the error message the Jabber client throws at you should help. You should share some more details.

You can also check the PRT file. From your device you can send it to yourself in email.
