Open Bank Account with Remote Expert Mobile

The largest Bank in Jamaica wants to offer a "digital experience" to target milennials when they need to open a bank account.

The objective is that the new younger segment clients can start a video-call with the remote expert using web or App and in THE SAME FIRST CALL the process of opening the bank account is accomplished.

For this they need that the new client sends copy or picture of their ID, fill an online form and sign so transfer of docs/files between agent and client is key, is this something remote mobile expert can do? If yes how?

Having a live status/reports of the process starting when the potential customers are targeted with an email and start the process by clicking a button of interested until they sign the contract at the end of the call is KEY for management and analysis, can I integrate remote expert with Context Service and CUCCE?

Hi Jorge.

Unfortunately we do not have an upload facility for the users to send copies or pictures of ID's too.

We are also not able to provide online forms to fill and sign through the application but we do have the option to redirect the user to an external page and you can share viewable documents within the application so the process would be possible with some external sites in use.

Please note you can also make any page co-browsable by adding the REM tag to any page so if you already have the online forms you can simply just add the REM co-browse tags to these existing pages.

I think perhaps it would be worth be reaching out to your cisco representative for more information on this as these public forums are designed for answering questions on configuration and development questions.
