Is it possible to open the url from cobrowse on another window?
Right now, it redirects the current window to the url page. I want the url to be opened on a new window.

Hi Edwin,
Apologises for the late response.
Is this still an issue for you?
I'm not aware of a simple solution to this.
What is the context?
I assume this is on the consumer side?
What is endpoint is the agent using?
What SDKs are you using?
Are you using co-browse only?

Rob

Hi Rob,
Yes, this is still an issue for me.
So, right now we are using rem advanced sdk 11.6.
Yes, we are using co browse only from remote expert assist and advanced sdk for the video call.
The agent is using cisco finesse from his web browser.
Yes, it's on the consumer side.
So, the problem is when we're in cobrowse mode and the agent push a url to the client, it redirects the client's current tab on his/her browser to the pushed url so because of that, the call is disconnected. I want the url to be opened on new tab.

Hi Edwin,
There's an open feature request for this:
CSCvi07411 During co-browse when pushed a link session is disconnected!
https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvi07411/?reffering_site=dumpcr
We are currently planing to deliver this as part of an ES for all SDKs in the near future. Currently looking at End of May. Are you ok if we reach out to you for feedback once we start developing the feature?
Thanks for your patience
