REM Problem with Media Broker

I got this error that says "problem with media broker" on Android

What's the cause of this error?

Is there any callback that will be called on client side to handle this error when this error occurs?

Sounds like the media broker has had an issue or isn't configured correctly. Can you check if it is up and running?

Do calls from non-android endpoints work?

Do android calls always fail?

Hi Rob,

The media broker is up and running.

It doesn't always happen. It happens on iOS, Android, and Web.

Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't.

Intermittent call failure can happen when some of the Media Brokers configured ports are blocked by the firewall
