AUTOUPGRADE Parameter for Cisco TSP Silent Rollout is not working

Hi,

I'm trying to rollout CiscoTSP driver (from CUCM 11.5 SU3b) using Command Line. It basically works, but the AUTOUPGRADE_TYPE option does not work as expected and documented.

For example I use the following cmd string for setup:

CiscoTSPx64.exe /s /v"/qn PASS=\"password\" USER=\"user\" CTI1=\"1.1.1.1\" AUTOUPGRADE_TYPE=\"NEVER\" CTI1_TYPE=\"ipv4\""

But after installation I could see that the Option “AUTOUPGRADE_TYPE=NEVER” was ignored and AUTOUPGRADE is still active.

Do you have any suggestion?

Hi Ali,

You should use AUTO_TYPE=\"NEVER\" in place of AUTOUPGRADE_TYPE=\"NEVER\”.

This is known a issue where we need to modify the related document.
