Call Manager 12.5 and Virtual CUE (Cisco Unity Express)


Hi,
did someone configure a virtual CUE with a call manager 12.5.
I tried but i had a problem of incompatibility of CM12.5 with the VCUE.

when I configure in VCUE10.1 the CUCM details, I have this error:

" web login failed error while determining CCM Version -1*** verify if jtapi user is part of Standard CTI ENAbled GROUP in CUCM*****
JTAPI login failed error while determining CCM Version -1"*** verify if jtapi user is part of Standard CTI ENAbled GROUP in CUCM**** "

CUCM has a version12.5 and i tried the VCUE 9.1 and 10.1; they are installed in a BE6M.
It is a new setup.
Jtapy user is in the group Standard CTI ENAbled.

Not familiar with CUE/VCUE setup myself unfortunately, but would recommend contacting Cisco support/TAC as this seems to be purely product setup - they should be able to help.
