Hi we are having mobile agents (call by call) logging in from remote PBX which also does recording. We have issues matching the call recording with as the agent leg of the call from CUCM always has the RCP port Exten as the ANI. Will it be possible to pass on the original callers ANI to the remote PBX? if not any Unique value we can pass on?
we are on UCCE 10.0.
Agent login to CTIOS as mobile agent and punches the Nortel Extension as the remote phone which is connected over SIP trunk with CUCM.

Dear team,
I am also facing the same issue. Finesse we were able to receive customer ANI but in the mobile agent device getting Remote CTI port as ANI ( Agent Mobile, MRA Jabber clients and internal cluster endpoints)
We want to send customer ANI for Mobile agent device. Please let me know how to achieve this scenario.
Note: Inbound & Dialer calls are working fine for both the options.
