Does anyone have any experience trying to setup an agent pre-announcement with UCC Enterprise and CVP? The idea is to have an agent specific prompt played to the caller as soon as a call is transferred to an agent.
Any updates? I'm also having this same issue. I can sign up but can't verify my phone number. At first it would say "internal error" when validating the OTP, now it won't send the OTP at all:
