JTAPI Test Client :: getting Could not meet post conditions of connect() exception while initiating outbound call...

Hello,

I am facing issue while making an outbound calls using JTAPI Test Client.

I have logged in into two JTAPI Test Client's with two difference users. From one user I am making an outbound call to another user, but I am getting below error:

com.cisco.jtapi.PlatformExceptionImpl: Could not meet post conditions of connect()
