Limit of controlled devices per JTAPI user?

Hello all,

I want to know if there is a limit of how many devices a single JTAPI user can control/observe? And if so, what that limit is and where it is defined?

In CUCM settings I found 2 settings that may have something to do with this: Maximum Devices Per Provider and Maximum Devices Per Node. But I am not sure, as the description talks about "opening" of devices. I'm not sure this is the same as controlling/observing? Some clarification about this is very much appreciated.
