Missing JTAPI events on extensions

Calls are being routed to JTAPI extensions but no JTAPI events are received are received for offered, ringing, etc, in spite of observers being registered for this address.  See extension 4912 in the attached jtapi log.

Any ideas?

it seems that Cisco 8851 is not supported.  Is this correct?  Thanks.

Any ideas if 8851 phones are supported by JTAPI?

Callobserver is added to 4912 in partition AL-BHM-01000200-Device-PT but the call seems to have gone to 4912 in PT-INTERNAL partition.

Can you check if the css is setup correctly?
