SIP BYE MESSAGE NOT RECIEVING

Hi,
We are using sip trunk + BIB for call recording with CUCM.
We found that CUCM did not send the SIP BYE message occasionally at the end of a recording session.
Kindly please assist me .Thanks

This type of very intermittent issue with an established integration is very likely to require detailed technical troubleshooting of SIP traffic and CUCM call logs.
As DevNet no longer offers this level of support, please have the customer open a case with Cisco TAC support for assistance.
