Hi Zhang,

From the Cisco Unified TAPI Installation you can see the procedure as follows

Step 1 Download the Cisco Telephony Service Provider plugin from Cisco Unified Communication Manager Administration>Application>plugins.

Step 2 Save it on the desired Desktop.

Step 3 Double-click Cisco TSP.exe.

Step 4 Follow the online instructions

My UCM is 8.0(1)。there is only one version in the Application/Plugins page。

I Install TSP.exe in Windows 2008 sp2 32bit。It is OK。

I Install TSP.exe In Windows 2008 R2 64bit。It is Not Connected。

Can the TSP.exe Support Windows 2008 R2 64bit ？
