I can see the same behavior in 3.6 with or without update 1. The restart of Coral Service does not work

I am facing the same issue for PCA 11.5. Is there a fixed release for PCA 11.5?

Just an FYI:  We get this same warning on 3.5(2e)

it happens us with IMP version 11.5(1)SU2we think to make reboot for the subcluster servers. 

I also got this error while having custom NAP policy in subdomain. It is not related only to global domain. After deleting the NAP from sudobmain, the upgrade was successful.

Unfortunately, after installing 16.9.3 we have the same problem as noted in the description :(.Is this Bug really fixed in 16.9.3 ? Cannot find any hint in the Release Notes under Resolved Caveats in Cisco IOS XE Fuji 16.9.3.regards Thomas
