CSCua39390 - IAD2432 PRI voice port config is removed after the reload 15.1(3)T

An alternate workaround for this issue is to use a 1 or 2 port VWIC (VWIC-1MFT-T1 or VWIC-2MFT-T1) in the WIC slot on the IAD2432. When you configure the PRI on the WIC interface, it initializes without error.
