Why does it take Cisco so long to fix a simple time zone/DST bug?  It says the bug is fixed but release is still pending.

I have noticed a bug in CUCM 7.1.5 while super copying a phone. As we all know, super copy function should copy all the parameters from source to destination device but I have noticed that it doesn't copy "Recording Option" and "Recording Profile"......

i have a WIC router cisco 2801, I however have a HWIC card with 2 Fastethernet ports.  Can the HWIC  cardwork  on the router that support  WIC cards?

                   What happens if we need NBAR?  Is there an intent to fix this bug?
