I'm running 2.7P3 and I have this problem. It didn't appear until I applied Patch 3.
We have experienced this bug on version 14.0(1h) so the conditions listed in the bug of happening on upgrade to 14.1(2m) is not correct. Cisco support: please update the bug to reflect 14.0(1h) as an affected version.
