Is that related to DAI or only to SPAN

This bug is related to DAI, and there is no further information on the bug as of now. If you would like to get more information or it matches an issue that you are experiencing, I would suggest that you open a TAC case for further investigation.

My solution is to implement private VLAN and remove DAI. Do you have a suggestion regarding this?

To be honest, I think it would be best if you continue to work with your TAC engineer, and ask whether private vlan will resolve the issue. TAC engineer can confirm with development team if need be. As it is a new bug, there won't be any other similar cases, hence it will be difficult to tell if that will resolve the issue. Your TAC engineer will be able to assist you further in regards to further investigation and resolution.
