Is there any solution for that issue on controler site?
We have to migrate 120 APs from one vWLC to another vWLC.
Due to this Bug, we are not able to do that on an easy way.
Is there any solution with which we don't have to migrate each AP manually?

vWLC version: 8.3.132.0; AP model: AIR-CAP2702I-D-K9
First we need let two WLC can ping each other.
Then config the mobility group: Controller--> Mobility Management--> Mobility Group
Add new group Menber: full in the MAC, IP, Hash key.
then wait a few minutes, you will see the status of group menber change to UP.
after that, the AP will join to the WLC as your planned, we can choose the primary controller at: AP-->High Availability

i face this issue too, as I found that the SSC certificate detial, there is a Hash Key. when AP join the first WLC, It will download the SSC certificate from WLC1. then if a set the premary controller as WLC2, the AP will not download the certificate from WLC2, and it will join back to WLC1.
walkaround : i create a mobility group to this two WLC, so that each WLC will learn the hash key from each other. then AP will download the certificate with two hash key (WLC1 and WLC2). then SSC certificate will pass. AP will join to WLC1 or WLC2 by your setting.

That sounds like a great solution, thank you.
Can you share some more details about the configuration?
What are the requirements that this will work?
Do i have to reload the controllers or APs after the configuration of the mobility group?

We're running on 8.2.166.0 but also with that Version,
you're solution is working fine.
Thank you very much!
