Yes - we are also experiencing this problem on  12.0.1.10000-24.  Has this been reported to TAC so they can add it to the known affected release.

Looks like 12.0(1) requires ES2 for the fix.

Latest version is 12.5.1.11002-481 su2-ES04 I suggest going to that, it has the browser timeout improvements. If you use SSO be mindful of the ACS URL change.
