Yes, I can confirm that this bug is not fixed in 9.8(4.8). Recommend to use 9.9(2)52.

I’m not seeing the same log messages and low conn count problem on 9.8(4)8, have you confirmed with TAC that this is the bug you’re hitting?

I'm curious if there’s a similar/related bug, but not exactly CSCvp10132.

I am on 9.8(4)8 and this bug isn't resolved here. I was suggested by TAC to go for 9.9
