I’m not seeing the same log messages and low conn count problem on 9.8(4)8, have you confirmed with TAC that this is the bug you’re hitting? I'm curious if there’s a similar/related bug, but not exactly CSCvp10132.
I'm also curious when we can expect this to hit CCO, I've got a fairly large deployment held up because of this bug.And my Lync counterparts are also laughing at me/gaining sway with their product.
