Can anyone tell , what is the remedy for this issue ? We have bunch of C9300-24P with version and experiencing silents reloads as mentioned in bug
Any lead on this will be appreciated

Hi!
Only remedy here is upgrading.
I saw Catalyst 9300 and 9200 issues having this issue with software versions 16.9.3 and 16.12.1 (even bug descriptions say 16.12.1 should be fixed).
On Cat9300s running 16.9.4, I have never had this issue so far!

Did you ever get a solution for this? I just upgraded my stacked 9300 switch to 16.12.4 and it keeps rebooting with Reload Reason LocalSoft

This bug is supposedly fixed in 17.3.3.

Cisco released an SMU for this bug for different firmware versions where this bug kept getting "re-introduced":
