Hi ,

can someone help me understand why my router has rebooted. I see this error but do not understand what is causing the crash.

• CAMPUS_HLN_MOKED uptime is 3 hours, 15 minutes
  Uptime for this control processor is 3 hours, 17 minutes
  System returned to ROM by Critical software exception, check bootflash:CAMPUS_HLN_MOKED_crashinfo_R_20220905-094454-UTC at 10:12:28 UTC Sun Jul 3 2022

You need to download that crash file and analyse why the router was creashed, or contact TAC to help you.

UNIX-EXT-SIGNAL: Segmentation fault(11), Process = SSH Process

Crash 1 and 2 are due to this, however, there is a very, very long list of Bug IDs attributed to crashes due to "SSH process". 

I would strongly encourage not using 16.12.X and/or 17.3.X and upgrade that router to a different version.

I am having the same issue on a newer sw-version, but I am not able to download the file. SYstem says permission denied or undefined error is visible. Could you please tell me how to downlod a the file ? (copy via scp worked for the "show tech" file)
