I have a probe that I have tried configuring as a linux VM, and an embedded probe. Both cases the probe says it is connected completely, but the CBD portal shows no probes are online. I have made sure that the network is wide open for the probe devices, and in the case of the embedded probe, the switch firmware is up to date, and has been rebooted recently. DNS and default gateway are configured.
