In order for this process to work successfully, the email address registered to your Acclaim account must match the email address on your Cisco Community profile. When you earn a new digital badge, please allow up to 24 hours for it to appear on your Cisco Community profile.
Step 1:In your user profile, you can view a new 'Certifications Component' that displays all the Acclaim Certification badges Step 2:Once your registered Email-Id in Acclaim is matched with the Cisco Community Profile. And if you have earned badges in Acclaim and want to display in your Cisco Community Profile within theCertifications component. You can do by clicking the button to trigger andFetch your certificationsfrom Acclaim.
Step 3:Once all the certifications are displayed in your Community Profile.You can choose upto 2 Certification badges that you wish to display at 'Content Level'and on the 'Hover Card'. Other earned certification badges will be in available to be viewed in your user profile.
Please check yourAcclaim accountand/or contactAcclaim customer servicefor the status of your digital badge. If your digital badge has expired or has been revoked, you will receive a direct email communication from Acclaim. Users have the option to choose only two certification digital badge as their primary display at the Content level, Discussion level and Hover card. However, all the earned certification badges are displayed at your user profile
