We're thrilled to announce the 2023 Cisco Community Event Top Contributors. This year we’re honoring 5 community members and 18 Cisco experts around the globe who hosted events in the community. And we're also happy to announce new awards of this program - "Speaker of the Year" and "Session of the Year"!

We know that planning, creating, and executing an event takes the dedication of time and knowledge. The valuable content you create for our community across all technologies and languages is immeasurable. Thank you! 

What is *Speaker of the Year? Speaker of the Year is a new award since 2023 for the Top 1 speaker who contributed the most by presenting as many sessions through the year.
Alain Faure, from French Community, is the first winner of this award who presented even 7 sessions! Thank you and congratulations!

What is **Session of the Year? Session of the Year is also a new award since 2023 for the Top 1 session which were well balanced, and the best received from attendees among all the events through the year.
The first winner Haifeng Li, from Japanese Community, presented "Catalyst 9800 Wireless Controllers - Overview and Troubleshooting" in Wireless tech area and the session was well received by even 298 live attendees! And let us thank Haoran Zhao who supported the session as the Question Manager. Congratulations!
