Events, Webinars, Threads, Lives.... Feeling a little overwhelmed with ALL the event types coming at you? Want the breakdown on what is what? Well, this blog is for you! 

With all of the virtual events that are happening we want to make sure you are attending or hosting the "right" one, So lets get started with the event types:

  • Ask Me Anything - Forum based, Q&A events - 2-4 experts answer questions "live" as they come in for an extended period of time.
  • Ask the Experts - Cisco experts provide important technology overviews that answer your questions about terminology, technology, architecture, and more. In these 60 minute sessions you can learn how to unlock the full capabilities of your Cisco solutions to address your unique challenges. View schedule by region: AMER l EMEA l APJC
  • Cisco Insider User Group Briefing - Get exclusive information directly from product teams to help you plan your technology strategy. Customers and Partners in the User Group can attend private webinars discussing roadmaps and latest updates of Cisco products. At the end of each session, attendees can participate in a live Q&A with members of the product team.
  • Community Live - Live technically focused events - Typically held as a 90 minute webinar that highlights an overview presentation, Demo, and Q&A session. Can be hosted by Internal or external contributors.
  • CX Cloud Training - Live webinars explaining the set up, use and administration of CX Cloud, with Q&A
  • Developers - Webinars, meetups, and other events focused on the developer ecosystem. Learn about coding, APIs, automation, and other developer-related topics at these events.
