New Features & Enhancements  

COMMUNITY INTEGRATIONS: 

• Help Webex Integration: The community development team has provided an endpoint to improve search relevancy on the Help Webex search results page. Thus, community users can find the information they are searching for faster. 

• Common Room API integration: The community development team has provided the Common Room team with the Cisco Community search API’s.  

 COMMUNITY HEALTH: 

• Username Duplication: As part of overall community clean-up, the community development team has fixed a duplication in usernames. Thus, users have a better experience during the registration process on the community.  

• Guided Resources: The community development team has added a “Last Edit” component with the post. Thus, users have better visibility when the information was last updated.
