Ship adress by Serial Number

Good day!
I'm Cisco Distributor. Is there any tool that shows installed site address of equipment or customer name which ordered it by Serial Number information?

Hi,

I think that information can be obtained form the cisco internal website if the customer has provided that installation information to the cisco. Otherwise, i don't think you can find it unless you obtain the info from your customers

you can visit the link and enter the details like SO,Serial number/PAK Number and get the info.Your CCOid should be mapped for viewing this info.

Thanks, I know about this tool. Problem is - that this shipment was by another parnter/distributor, so I do not have right to view it. Is there some another tool for distributers only?
