Access Point Position on DNA

Hello,

I have WLC 9800 and APs 9120 discovered on DNA center and their status are managed but when position the AP on the floor layout it's status on the layout is down although there is a heat map for that AP as shown below

Are there any active SSIDs on this AP?

Yes, but i noticed that from the assurance tap, the WLC appear as no data as shown below:
