Check the coverage with Cisco Switches

Hi all,

Would like to seek your thoughts on how to check the coverage for the 3850 and 9300 series switches.

I know we have the site to check https://cway.cisco.com/sncheck/, but when I entered the Serial Number, it didn't show any detailed coverage info

One issue we are facing now is some of our company switches don't seem to be covered correctly, they're showing up for other companies, but we are not sure where the data is coming from, so we want to double-check on our side, and then send the list back to Cisco, will the show tech-support | Include XXX work for this purpose?

Thanks in advance for your help!

If your purchased from Cisco partner the information will show correctly, if you purchased from other market then it show other owner.

Also other case if you merged with other company then that shows the original owner.

If you purchased all from your company name, then contact local sale partner from whom you purchased they can able to help you.

or if you have cisco account you can also contact License team to change ownership only if you have purchased.

Bit blizzard the Product ID show Unavailable - this show me something fishy, is this for all devices ?
