Hello,
We are configuring virtual CSR8000 over AWS infrastructure, and have configured IPSec tunnel for voice traffic.
Tunnel is configured with Public IP tied to physical interface, and RTP endpoint tied to Loopback interface. With this setup tunnel does come up, but there is no Audio. As per vendor no RTP packets are being received.
Please suggest steps to troubleshoot the same.
Thanks,
Dave

CSR8K on AWS - how about other side ? directly to VOIP provider ?
can you post the configuration of the IPSEC on the router ? what MTU you using ?
is this dedicated to Voice, is other traffic working as expected ?

Thanks for the reply.
Please note Cisco CSR is used only for Voice traffic, and is working with incoming and outgoing voice traffic for providers sending SIP traffic. One of the provider is Verizon and requires IPSEC tunnel to route the traffic - were able to bring up the tunnel but unable to route the voice traffic.
DID Provider (DID Provider - over SIP)
Points traffic to CSR 8000 (Public IP Address, configured over "interface GigabitEthernet1" (Public IP:35.173.x.y, Private IP:10.66.a.b)
Based on dial-peer call is routed to SIP Endpoint at IP:10.81.a.b - Incoming and Outgoing Voice Traffic works
DID Provider (DID Provider Verizon (over IPSec + SIP))
IPSec tunnel configured over "interface GigabitEthernet1" (Public IP:35.173.x.y); SIP Endpoint configured over "interface Loopback0" (Public ip address 44.207.x.y)
Based on dial-peer call is routed to SIP Endpoint at IP:10.81.a.b - Incoming call is established but no Audio is passing.
Please suggest if mentioned details are enough or require a detailed explanation.
Thanks again,
Dave
