I am investigating an intermittent issue occurring with the switches in the environment, Catalyst 9200 model. In this scenario, the DNA Center displays a failure in the 360 Viewer. At the moment of the failure, the switch becomes inaccessible. However, after 10 minutes, the switch returns to normal both in the DNA Center and for remote access. The DNA Center version is 2.3.3.7.
Has anyone had this experience? Is there any troubleshooting guidance available?

Do you have any logs from the switch in the time of this happening? Are the clients connected to the switch still working?

That's an interesting point.
The logs aren't showing any error or warning messages related to the issue.
Due to the lack of logs, I don't have any ideas about what the issue is. The data plane is not impacted, the user continued working normally. Unfortunately, we cannot access the switch remotely, and DNA Center shows a gap in the timeline.
