Hi Everyone, last week I attempted to update DNA Center from 2.3.3.5 to 2.3.7.7 but it failed at 56% due to a system version mismatch between Nodes (its 3 Node Cluster), system is now in a unusable state with GUI inaccessible and limited access in CLI. I had ran Aura reports prior to updating and this issue with the mismatched versions wasn’t highlighted as a critical error so missed by myself and TAC who give it the all clear to upgrade after connecting through and resolving some drive space issues for me. Moving on… TAC advised to reimage to 2.3.3.5 then restore from backup taken prior to update. The reimage / restore process looks pretty straightforward, but I had some questions which are not in the guides, can anyone help with the below? FYI I run SDA approx. 60x Fabric sites with DNA Center integrated with ISE for PXGrid etc, The sites are currently functioning as normal without DNA Center.
- Consultants originally built these servers, I have the IP info for the Enterprise, Cluster, Management Interfaces. I believe the default subnets were used for the container/cluster link local subnets (169.254.32.0/20 & 169.254.48.0/20) but I can see an addresses of 169.254.0.1 (docker0:) and 169.254.20.10 (node-local-dns:) that are outside these ranges being used. I can’t seem to find where these are configured, are they configured automatically?

- Once rebuilt and GUI is available do I need to complete the ‘First time setup’ after initial GUI login or can I skip these screens then ensure cluster healthy, ensure required packages / versions are installed then goto backup/restore section to readd my backup server details and commence restore?
- Will any part of the process cause any problems at the connected sites across my network? (referring to problems for End users connecting / authenticating etc – think I read that a manual Sync would need done for Group based access control with ISE after restore but unsure if that would cause any issues).
