Cisco DNAC GUI not loading

Dna GUI not loading  getting the below error 

{"message":"no route and no API found with those values"}

servies are running  please find the below screen 

i have tried on physical and virtual both same error .

Make sure you have right resources as per the installation guide ?

is this Cisco DNAC appliance or you trying to install on different hardware ? what version of DNAC ?

tthe current snap is from VM   i have followed your  link bt used only 1 interface

44CPU and 256GB ram minimum requirement.

I have seen the same on a DN2 appliance because I removed the installation medie before all the packages could be deployed.

To me it looks like the installation did not complete because of missing installation media, disk space or resources in general.

I have just been to a Cisco session where the said that they installed DNAC on virtual hardware but it needed 256 Gig of memory and 88vCPUs.

maglev catalog package pull (packageName)

Hi all

Just had the same issue with a re-install of a Gen 1 DNAC applicance .

Downloaded lastest image from Cisco

Flashed to USB

installed as per the guide

Got the error from GUI so i SSH into the DNAC and issued the maglev package status and all was set to not deployed.

After waiting 20 +minutes they started to deploy and was able to use the web GUI after the system package was done.

no issue you just need to wait a bit for the API/packages to insall.... all good now

i have done this on Gen 1 and Gen 2 and all was ok
