cisco IP phone is not getting up (Model 7965)

from "WS-C6509-E" cisco IP phone connected switch port is showing down without external power cable.

other working on different module ? is the same phone not working if you connect to Module 2 is that works ?

is the same phone not working if you connect to Module 2 is that works ?

Also check is the CDP enable globally ?
