Hi All,
I want to start using DNA Center to upgrade the images on our 2960X stacks. The recommendation from Cisco is to use the TAR files, but some releases only have TAR files that include the web manager (like 15.2.7E3).
When I update a stack manually, I copy the TAR file into flash and then do:
#archive download-sw /imageonly /leave-old-sw /reload flash:c2960x-universalk9-tar.152-7.E0a.tar
This gets me the updated image without the web manager, which we don't use. This process is also much, much faster.
Is there a way I can do this in DNA? So far I can't find any deployment options, and DNA won't let me use a BIN to update stacks.
Thanks,
Dave

Hi Dave,
I'm pretty sure there is no /imageonly option for the SWIM (Software Image Management) upgrades. I suggest that you submit a "make a wish" request from the help menu in Cisco DNA.
