DNA licensing

Hi,

We are setting up a DNA solution (Full Sd-Access) using Cat9300s as fabric endpoints, and inside the quote there are the following 2 items:

CAT-DNA-P-ADD-3Y

C9300-DNA-P-48-3Y

The supplier claims both these licenses are required, but it strikes me that one is an adder license - perhaps to be applied to an advantage base license, and the other is a full DNA 3 year premier license. Can anyone help to clarify whether both of these are required.

Ultimately we want to license all of our switches with DNA premier.

If anyone can help, that would be great.

I think your vendor is trying to generate quote from Cisco CCW portal and hence getting license (CAT-DNA-P-ADD-3Y) option also,which I think is bug.

 You only required C9300-DNA-P-48-3Y.
