DNAC Assurance - Devices Disappearing

Hi Expert,

I am on the latest DNAC version 2.3.3.7-72328

When I discover devices and confirm to be in the inventory and Assurance but slowly all devices from Assurance only disappears but not from Inventory . Have anyone experienced this before ?

Here are some Triage Steps that you can perform:

  • Perform an RCA on your Cluster first. You want to gather an RCA Bundle before making any changes so that you have this for the Cisco TAC Support Team.
  • Perform a "Update Telemetry Settings" with "Force" checked for the problem network devices.
  • Perform a "sh telemetry connection all" on all devices and the Index Peer Address should
    pointing to the Cisco DNA Center. The state should be "Active / Connection up"
  • Perform a System Health / Validation Tool Check for Assurance Health. Review the results to see if there are any Critical or Warning indicators.
  • There could be some issues with the "pipeline" services also

I would try these steps and if you still have issues, then I would suggest opening a Cisco TAC Support Ticket so that the Cisco DNA Engineer can further assess your issues.
