When we encounter an error issue in the RMA feature, we must wait for the default timeout, which is 610 minutes. Is it possible to change this timeout or cancel the task before it?
I wasn't aware of that. That's very annoying. There doesn't appear to be a way to interrupt the RMA Workflow. Please submit a Make a Wish in the Catalyst Center help menu and open a TAC case to make sure your feedback is heard.
