we are monitoring a new customer with a cluster of 3 DNAC. Now we found out that there is another service provider in the path from our monitoring tool to the dnac servers. Since we get no anser for ping/traceroute/SNMP poll/ http get we assume there is somewhere a device that blocks the answer traffic.
is it possible to initiate a traceroute from a SNAC server to a target IP address and if yes how?

DNA Center is based in Ubuntu, you can traceroute normally:
$ traceroute 172.19.1.72
traceroute to 172.19.1.72 (172.19.1.72), 30 hops max, 60 byte packets
1 192.168.31.125 (192.168.31.125) 1.403 ms 1.633 ms 1.976 ms
2 172.19.254.13 (172.19.254.13) 0.323 ms 0.317 ms 0.298 ms
